- Collaboration Client 2.0: Entirely Windows-based, eliminating dependence on Java! Faster connections, smaller download, and enhanced overall collaboration experience for all users through an innovative and flexible new interface.
- Auto-scaling Viewer: Presentation auto-scales for optimal attendee monitor resolution.
- Client Operating Systems Supported: All editions of Windows Vista® are supported, in addition to all editions of Windows® XP and Windows® 2000 workstations.
- Selectable Features: Define which collaboration feature controls are available at the company level and at the user level (host/agent).
- Full-screen video conferencing: By “undocking” the video conferencing tab, parties can control the area of the screen occupied by the video. To optimize bandwidth for slower connections, each person with a camera has independent control of their own video frame rate and quality settings.
- Address Book: Quickly import contacts from a .csv file as well as export contacts to a .csv file.

What’s New in Web Conferencing v5.0
- Registration Fields and Reports: A meeting host can customize the registration form for every registration meeting scheduled. There are a total of 15 customizable fields, including one designed for feedback.
- Webinar Meetings: Large-scale webinar meetings with up to 250 participants are now possible. Changes to the attendee list allow webinars to run more smoothly and reduce the load on the processor. A meeting host can see all participants and can choose to interact with them as a group or individually.
- Outlook® Form Template Enhancement: Outlook forms have been modified to improve the user experience and to accommodate the customizable registration fields available during meeting creation.
- ACT! Plug-In: Now ACT! 2006 and ACT! 2007 users can simply click one of three buttons on their user interface to connect to their collaboration office, to an instant Web Conference.
What’s New in Remote Support v5.0
- Unattended Support after Reboot & Reconnect: After rebooting a remote PC with the remote user’s permission, the Remote Support agent gains access to a CTRL+ALT+DEL button. This allows the agent to login to the remote user’s PC without requiring further user intervention for the duration of the remote support session.
- Multiple Support Sessions: Provide remote support to more than one customer at a time.
- Auto-scaling Viewer: Live view of the remote desktop auto-scales to fit Agent monitor resolution.
