If you do not currently have either Microsoft® or Sun Microsystems Java™ Virtual Machine (VM) running on your computer, you may download it here. The Java VM allows your PC to successfully load Java applets to run Web Conferencing and/or Remote Support.

Please download and install Microsoft or Sun Java by clicking on the appropriate link below :

Microsoft JVM Download (Windows 98, 2000, XP, NT, or Me)

Microsoft VM Download Instructions (recommended for Internet Explorer browsers):

1. Click on Microsoft JVM Download and select "Save Target As". Place this on your computer where it will be easily accessible to you.
2. After the download is complete, click on the file where you have saved it.
3. You will be asked if you want to install Microsoft VM. Click Yes.
4. You will be asked to accept the license agreement. Click Yes and follow Wizard instructions.
5. Installation Complete will pop-up, and installation is finished.

Sun JVM Download (Windows 98, 2000, XP, NT, or Me)

Sun Java VM Download Instructions (recommended for Firefox browsers):

1. Click on Sun JVM Download and select "Save". Place this on your computer where it will be easily accessible to you.
2. After the download is complete, click on the file where you have saved it.
3. You will be asked if you want to install Sun Java VM. Click Yes.
4. You will be asked to accept the license agreement. Click OK and follow Wizard instructions.
5. Installation Completed OK will pop-up, and installation is finished.
